Ravenna Duck

In 2006 after the Orsoni course in Venice I traveled to Ravenna for a course with Luciana Notturni.

This stands out as one of my favorite courses.  The group was great and Luciana is a superb teacher.  I learned the techniques of using lime as the holder.
 
I love my ancient duck ;-)
