Ways I Can Help
A FRESH LOOK
A Website Review for Artists
Sometimes you don't need a new website. You need someone who hasn't been looking at yours for years.
I'll take an initial look at your website before we meet. Then we'll spend up to an hour together discussing what I found and which changes might make the greatest difference.
$65 for a one-hour review. Payment is made in advance.
NEW WEBSITE
A clear, attractive Wix website for an artist starting fresh or replacing an older site.
Starting at $1,200 for a five-page artist website. Final pricing depends on the scope of the project.
A note about galleries
Your artwork deserves to be presented at its best. The gallery is often the most important part of an artist's website, and how the work is organized and displayed can make a real difference in how visitors experience it.
We'll want to discuss how you'd like to use the five pages included in the starting price, particularly how much space you'd like devoted to your artwork. Some artists prefer simple image galleries, while others want individual pages with multiple photographs and descriptions.
We'll explore what works best for your art and how those choices may affect the scope and cost of your website. And as new ideas emerge during the design process, we'll discuss any significant changes in cost before proceeding.
Project Pricing & Payment
For new websites and larger redesigns, we'll agree on the scope of work and the project price before beginning. I'll send an invoice, with the option to pay the full amount or a 50% deposit to get started. Any remaining balance is due when the website is completed, before publication.
If new ideas or requests arise that go beyond our original agreement, we'll discuss the additional work and cost before proceeding. Additional work is generally billed at $65 per hour.
WIX WEBSITE HELP, REFRESHES OR UPDATES
When something has gone wrong, become confusing, or simply isn't working the way it should.
This service is available for Wix websites and other website systems I'm familiar with.
$65/hour
And I'll show you how to take it from there.
Once your website is up and running, I'll show you how to make basic updates yourself. There's no additional charge for that.
Working Together
Building a website is a collaborative process. We'll talk, exchange ideas, look at possibilities, and make decisions together as the site takes shape. Sometimes that happens by email, sometimes by phone or Zoom. I want the finished website to feel right for you and your work.
Let's Talk About Your Website
Whether you're considering a new website or making changes to an existing one, I'd be happy to hear what you have in mind. You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin.
